Why we don't have a phone number for you to call?
Global Stores Direct LLC is the parent company of 4 web stores and a small family-owned business.  We don't offer phone support because we don't have enough employees to devote to answering the phone.  We'd rather spend our time quickly filling our customers' orders and getting them shipped out to you.  Our Support Desk works quite well and we'll usually answer your questions or inquiries within an hour or two during business hours.   Just "Submit at Ticket".

By purchasing any product or device from a store owned by Global Stores Direct LLC, the customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions, including our Liability clause:
Global Stores Direct LLC, its owners, employees and representatives are not responsible for the proper use or installation of any product or device.  The customer assumes all responsibility for the use and installation of all products and devices.  The customer assumes all liability for any direct or indirect damages to people and physical property in the use and installation of all products and devices purchased from Global Stores Direct LLC.  Global Stores Direct LLC are not responsible in any form, directly or indirectly, for damages to people or personal property arising from the purchase of any products or devices from Global Stores Direct LLC.  The sole responsibility for the proper use and installation of products and devices purchased from Global Stores Direct LLC, rests entirely on the customer who purchases those products or devices.  Global Stores Direct LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for loss of wages or income or any other expenses due to any actions by us. The customer, his survivors, and assigns agree not to hold Global Stores Direct LLC responsible for any damages, and the customer agrees to pay for any and all court costs and legal fees resulting from any litigation or law suits filed against Global Stores Direct LLC, its owners, employees or representatives. Any legal claims or litigation must be filed in St. Lucie County Florida.  Fraudulent charge backs against Global Stores Direct LLC may require legal action to recover funds reversed by the issuing bank or credit card company involved in the transaction.  Our remedy may include litigation in court and the customer agrees to pay all legal fees and court costs associated with a claim by Global Stores Direct in St. Lucie county Florida Small Claims court.

Global Stores Direct LLC, its owners, employees and representatives are not responsible for manufacturer's claims or descriptions of products, nor the accuracy or suitability of any product.

It is the user's responsibility to use our products prudently. Global Stores Direct LLC and it's employees and owners are not responsible for any damages, or injuries, directly or indirectly caused by the use of any product sold by any store owned by Global Stores Direct LLC.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, , GLOBAL STORES DIRECT LLC, AND OTHER SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
